Great staff (Robert and Lauren) and good experience. They were quick to diagnose my tablet and provide a report. The repair cost was $80 less than what the manufacturer was charging. I would much rather support the local home grown business than the big box chains. Good job guys, keep it up!

I brought my Toshiba lap top to Bisconti Computers after visiting the store I purchased it from, Best Buy, because Best Buy wanted $70.00 to look at it for 4 missing machine screws on the backside of the lap top. They also needed two days to make the repairs. When I brought it to Bisconti, Robert Bisconti installed the missing screws immediately and wished me a Happy Holiday NO CHARGE. I learned two things from this experience: One when I need another computer I will come here first and two I will always bring any computer to them for service as they truly know what customer service is all about.

This is a really great place. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are really funny an it was a really great shopping experience.

I have used them several times now for various things and they always make recommendations based on exactly what I asked for without being "salesy" or trying to sell me something I don't need. I occasionally need a computer part that would be difficult to find locally. From SATA splitters to expansion slot clovers. I'll try to check there before searching out other options. They usually have what I need.

Called Bisconti Computers on Monday night and got an apt for Tuesday night. Wanted them to install Foscam camera on my Apple computer...Nice guy named Mickey (Spelled wrong) came out and did just what I asked. Got my camera hooked up to my computer and my I Phone. He was fast and knew what he was doing. The next day my camera didn't work on my computer,because the address changed.(Not his fault) I called him and he told me what to do on the phone in less than a minute. Bisconti Computer has fast and good service. This is the second time I have used them and will not call anyone else...Thanks Again Mickey your the best!!!!

They fixed my PlayStation 3 as well! Go talk to Jordan for any problems with video game systems and mobile devices. That guy fixes everything!
