A Rockford business that is helpful, knowledgeable, and charges a fair price. They advised our family on the best way to care for our computer needs, and then delivered "as ordered". Not a corporate place that forces the customer to accept and use programs that a customer does not want. They customized just for us! Wonderful "NO pressure" experience.

Had a dead Lenovo laptop. The guys at Bisconti. Fixed the problem and sorted an overfull hard drive. 1 month later I had a power up fault. And the guys flashed the system and fixed it free of charge. Great service and thanks again.
