Friendly and professional. Diagnosed what was wrong with my PC.

I stopped in to get some help with my key fob to my truck: it had very short range which was getting shorter and shorter all the time. Within ten minutes the store rep got it cleaned and working from a much longer distance!

I had to have a new screen to use my email and was having trouble using it. Jeff got on line remotely with me twice and was very patient walking me through the nuances required to use it. Thanks, Jeff.

Today, I stopped by Bisconti without an appointment or anything because I got a new phone and was having difficulty syncing my phone to my laptop with iTunes. What would be a reasonably quick fix, was actually not. And without the lengthy help from Bobby to troubleshoot my problem, it would not have been resolved. Bobby, without hesitation, professionally helped be to fix my issue. I think this went above and beyond what a person would do and hope that he is recognized for his due diligence and expertise on the issue that was beyond frustrating to me.
