I brought my laptop in because it was running hot and loud. After a friendly and helpful consultation, I turned the device over for diagnostics, which took a couple days (I did do it on a Friday, probably not the best move for turnaround wait). They found it needed new fans and a software cleanup. The price was reasonable, and all told, they had my laptop for about a week and a half. It was a long wait for me, because without my laptop, I'm a bit like a baby without his blanket- but it was entirely worth it. Where before my laptop sounded like a gas engine and made me sweat even through my lap desk, it now runs whisper quiet and stays cool even when running my most demanding programs. It solved performance issues like graphical stuttering that had really been hampering my enjoyment.
