It was a great experience. They didn't pressure to buy their products. They were willing to do a quick evaluation and they were completely honest about issues and what to expect.

When the decision was made to order a new computer, they arranged to extract my hard-drive data.

It was easy. And they were very clear on pricing.

He showed a great deal of patience and clearly let me make up my mind. Needless to say, I am also very happy with the product and the price seemed competitive with other vendors. Solid experience with Bisconti. The laptop works like a new one now after replacing the hard drive and OS. I would have rated them a 5 star but the diagnostic charge paid upfront was additional to the hard drive and OS installation which felt a little wrong. I guessed I expected that charge to come off the total charges. Regardless, I would do business with them and recommend them for computer servicing.

Had an old laptop that died. Bought a new one from bisconti and am very satisfied. They moved all my old files to new laptop. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I would use their services again. If you want something better than a big box experience, give them a try.

They are professional and detailed.
What they could improve on is notification when job is completed. If you call and no answer, leave a message. Most now a days do not answer due to robo calls.

Showed up to my office to a dead computer. I’ve heard good things about Bisconti as well as the ads on 1440 WROK. Figured I’d give them a try. Turns out my power supply was shot. They replaced it and did a clean up of my system. Good as new now. Thanks.

Jeff is my cyber-genius. I had the total frying and collapse of my computer and online world all prepared for. All I had was a Post-it note with Bisconti's number on it. He custom built it, get it all up and running in only a few days, and I am back, tan, rested and ready for further rebellion against the mindless populations of the earth. Thank you Bisconti.

They were interested in what I needed in a new computer. It was a positive experience and they kept me up to date as work progressed on building my computer. I prefer working with local people who are interested in their customer.

I live in Northern MI and I have a maintenance contract with them. The fee is reasonable and I appreciate having someone to call with questions. Bisconti Computers take care of my issues remotely, on phone, or is necessary shipping computer to them. The staff is prompt, professional, and pretty darn great with anything I need. Recommend them highly

I have to say Michael at Bisconti computers was extremely helpful in solving my computer problems, and provided excellent customer service!
I would have given them a five except they did not have it ready when promised; and the other gentleman that I spoke to when checking on my computer was dismissive and declaring they need 5 to 7 business days, which is not what I was told when I dropped it off. They did a very extensive diagnostics, cleaned up my computer, got my files off of “One Cloud” and on to my hard drive, and installed security software. I also signed up for their $15 a month computer service plan! I feel a lot more confident now that I have Bisconti’s computer security services, watching out for me! I’m super happy to have my computer working again!
