Well, I'm not sure where to start. I place an order 9/23/24 in the amount of $447.99, which cleared my bank on the 24th. After over two weeks I came to realized I have not heard anything from Biolife Plus or received my products. I called David (Squeeze as they call him) and text 2 time on different occasions to the number he gave me that he said it's his personal cell phone number, but I got no response. So, on 10/8/24 I called the 800# and spoke with one of their customer service rep, to see what's going on with my order. The young man who barely speaks English said the products were on back order and was not able to tell him when I would get my items.
I then told him to go ahead and cancel the order, and that I would like to get an email of the cancelation request, which I never got.
Biolife ignored my cancelation request and went ahead and send me an overnight FedEx package that arrived the next day. Of course, I was not expecting any packages and because the return outside label did not say Biolife and it was a very small lightweight box I never thought the box was from Biolife Plus. So just for the hell of it, I called back customer service again just to see if they were familiar with the name of the company on the box, and they told me NO.
So, I decided to open the box and to my surprised, the box had 10 bottles of tablets for high blood pressure. Which I nicely tape back and return to sender, and which was delivered within 7 days.
Mark you, David asked me if I had any issues, and I clearly told him only some cholesterol issues which is a family trait.
And that I was currently taking Blackseed Cholesterol, which is working. I just need something to keep me looking and feeling great at my age 62. I also mentioned I take collagen.
David said he has something greater, and they all will work.
And that was my reason why I placed the order trying to Patronize my own people, which usually always comes back to bite me in the butt.
I order natural products from other companies all the time and never an issue like this.
After all the run around I was getting I was now feeling uncomfortable and realize they were only about money and not what's in the customer's best interest. So, I called my bank and file a dispute, and to date I'm still waiting to get my money back, because they are now being spiteful and waiting for the 45 business days that banks usually give to get a response from a merchant.
David excuse was he has over 100 staff and they are all not perfect and so am I.
I listen to his Ad on WAVS 1170 am radio, and I now realize it's all a bag of marketing talk. They are not professional is how they handle customers but glad to take your money.
The mistake I made was not to read review before I placed my order.
Just be aware and take caution before giving out your card number.
