Mark Wheeler came out today to check my attic for roof rats since I saw one in the yard. He was prompt and worked with me on my time schedule. He did the inspection and thank goodness there was no evidence of any pests. I have been having issues with wasp, spiders and ants so I signed up for quarterly treatments.
