Our trailer was completely infested with mice and they took everything out and packed it so we didn't have to deal with any of the mess. There was alot of items in the trailer and it is a very large trailer with many compartments. They worked will with our insurance company making sure they had everything they needed for the claim. Quickly on site (same day) even though the property was nearly 2 hours away from Lloydminster. Thorough and prepared for the work. They were respectful and got along great with tenants of the units they were in. They were willing to do work that was unrelated to the original work that was requested and got it done quickly. The staff at BioClean have been amazing! Alisha & MacKenna arrived the first day and upon introducing ourselves, Alisha explained the processes and procedures for what they would be doing and asked if I had concerns. MacKenna went straight to work getting things started. Both ladies were very pleasant and professional!

When my houses flooded top floor and bottom floor, bioclean was very quick to take the after hours call to eliminate the pooling water and set up fans and dehumidifiers. The crew was at my house within one hour of my call, and this happening at 430pm!! The crew worked late into the evening trying to clean up excess water. I mean these guys have families at home and they were right into action until 830pm that night, because of this I am forever grateful.

Since the flood Landon and branden have called me before work start at 8am and they have been at my house working since day one until 5pm. Amazing two guys to deal with, any questions I have they have answered on work being done.
