I have found Bingham Fitness to be an excellent all-around facility. There are trainers available as well as diet and nutrition, physical therapy, massage and acupuncture persons available The facility as well and very clean. All staff members are extremely helpful. The owners goal is to help all clients achieve their desired level of physical fitness, regardless of age.

I loved my experience with Bingham! I got an acupuncture treatment to help with my brachioradial pruritus that gets worse with heat. The acupuncture specialists diagnosed the heat in my body and the treatment has helped alleviate symptoms. I am definitely continuing treatments as recommended since I have had such noticeable success so far!

I also love that chiropractor, massage and gym are available. I will be signing up for gym membership as well

Jason has done a great job of building his gym and filling it with nice equipment, health professionals, and trainers. Jason never rests on his laurels, so he's always looking for ways to improve the client/member experience and health-related opportunities. I've been training w/ Jason for about 20 mos. and he has been very flexible and patient when working with my physical limitations on any given day, which I very much appreciate!

Jason is a great trainer, and business owner, and this facility is awesome. It’s focused to specialized classes and individualized training from personal trainers so you don’t get the massive crowds, yet it lacks nothing in the amenities you would expect from a gym. Highly recommend!!
