I receive acupuncture here nearly weekly. I devoted 2024 to focus on self care and improving overall health. I always feel incredibly relaxed, yet energized when I leave. I’ve struggled with sleep and believe it’s improving with acupuncture. Acupuncture has helped to lower my blood pressure significantly. Grateful to have this nearby!

Bingham Health & Fitness is the best gym I've encountered yet. It's never over crowded. The staff are super helpful and supportive no matter what fitness level you're at. They are positive, encouraging & supportive. Bonus that they also offer personal trainers, accupunture/cupping, and physical therapy. They also have a safe space for kiddos. Highly recommend you check them out!

I love this place! It's clean, not too crowded and everyone is helpful and friendly. It's health and fitness... personal trainers, physical therapist, massage, and acupuncture. A perfect 1 stop for your physical needs.

I’ve been to Bingham for acupuncture for nearly 1 year. Services are outstanding. I always leave feeling much better than I came in! I’ve also had some amazing massages which work out all the tightness. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Bingham and training with Megan at Live Empowered Fitness for about 2 years! I appreciate the small gym atmosphere where I don’t feel intimidated or judged. All the trainers are very friendly and if there are others training while I’m there, everyone is extremely supportive. Jason, the owner, is always looking for new and exciting things to do and provide for clients and is very receptive to feedback. The equipment is everything you get from a “big box” gym but with the one on one personal attention to your needs at an affordable membership… FREE!!! This is the first gym and trainer that in all my life I’m actually seeing results that stick. I trained throughout my pregnancy and got back at it after I got the ok and my bounce back was so fast and I contribute that to the one on one training with people who understand your needs. Bingham Health & Fitness is an amazing place to work and workout. The gym is well equipped and clean. The staff is always welcoming and ready to help. Whether you're a new to working out or an experienced gym rat, Bingham has what you need from group fitness classes, small group personal training, one-on-one personal training to massage therapy, assisted stretching, acupuncture and physical therapy. Bingham is a one of a kind health and fitness location.

Anne Marie is a great instructor who leads the group with warmth and even fun.

I've been getting acupuncture at Bingham Fitness. It's been very helpful for my health conditions. I'm also signing up for the gym because I love It's 24/7 access with membership plus so many additional services such as chiropractic, massage, etc. Jason has been very easy to work with around my schedule as well!

Great facilities and great staff!

Bingham Fitness is the best gym. It’s clean, there are amazing trainers, and it feels like family. Jason is a great owner and truly cares about your progress. Dave was my trainer and he’s challenging and wants you to get better with each workout. I got to know some of the other trainers just being there and they are all so good! It depends on your needs but you will find someone that’s right for you.

I have a lot of health issues that are being resolved with regular acupuncture treatments. It’s a supervised student clinic so it’s affordable and effective. I also take senior exercise classes at Bingham Health and Fitness that are fun as well as a good workout. Anne Marie is our awesome instructor. Overall, the staff are friendly, supportive of my goals, and professional. I like that it’s a smaller gym and clean. Nice people, nice place and nice environment.

It is a small gym with an owner who runs a clean & well equipped gym with excellent trainers and Silver Sneakers classes. I highly recommend it.
