This gym has everything you want for exercise without being intimidatingly Walmart-sized. There are several great exercise and small-group classes, and for people who wish for more personalized training, that is available too, from a wide variety of trainers. I've benefited from their affordably-priced Saturday acupuncture school clinics. Physical therapy and massage therapy are also available. It's nice to be recognized when I come in to work out, frequently by name. I have nothing but good to say about how welcomed I have felt in the two years I've been coming here.

I had another amazing acupuncture treatment with the externs of PIHMA. After a consultation, they meet with the doctor on site and come up with a plan of treatment which they then complete with professionalism and care throughout. I will be going back for more treatments. I highly recommend acupuncture at Bingham Health and Fitness with the externs of PIHMA.

This gym has been amazing! Coming from a commercial gym it feels so much more family oriented , clean, and not nearly as busy. They have just about any type of exercise equipment there is. Whether it’s bodybuilding or functional training they have you covered. Jason is a great owner and takes pride in his gym and makes you feel right at home. When I signed up I was worried about the hidden fees or charges but Jason is very upfront and honest about everything and it’s a smooth process. If your looking for a great place to train this is the gym for you

I’ve been receiving acupuncture at the supervised student clinic on Saturday’s and have benefited so much from the treatments. I feel nice and relaxed during each session and well cared for. The students are very thorough with their assessments and are genuinely interested in supporting my health and wellbeing. I have had a lot of issues with some being resolved and others improving. These treatments have been a real gift in my life and I appreciate them so much.

Great place to train and get personal or group coaching among a host of other services for an incredible price! Train at Bingham! You will not regret it.

I am very happy with my experience with Bingham Health & Fitness. Jason and his staff are always helpful and professional. I also appreciate Ann Marie, with whom I have been working for the past 12 years.

I’ve been doing group circuits for strength, cardio and core at Bingham Health & Fitness with Ann Marie Henry for 1 year. Being retired and never having been in a fitness program previously, I was surprised and impressed with the variety of exercises and equipment. The groups are a good size, and Ann Marie keeps things moving smoothly. I’ve used muscles I didn’t know I had and have gained overall strength. It’s been a very positive experience.

Ann Marie Henry is the BEST! I like that she always has options for me when I can't do the exercise that the rest of the class is doing. She's thoughtful, considerate, and takes into account that sometimes other exercises are needed to prevent an injury or aggravate an exisiting weakness, but I can still get
an excellent workout!

I LOVE Bingham Health & Fitness! I've been training with Ann Marie for about 13 years, following her to Bingham from other gyms and this is the best site yet! The equipment is plentiful and in good shape. Although it's always busy, the gym is never overcrowded or jammed. Good work Jason!! We're all so glad you're here and the gym is doing well. Hope it stays there forever with the terrific Ann Marie, trainer extraordinaire!

I’ve had a great experience at Bingham. Very good and caring trainers. It’s a small but busy gym where I have become stronger. My trainer Ann Marie is excellent.

I have had the greatest experience at Bingham gym. I absolutely love the classes offered and the knowledgeable staff. Ann Marie is the instructor of the class I attend, and it is a great workout and lots of fun people. Something I have always appreciated is different options are suggested and shown to me to do when I have difficulty doing a particular exercise.

I appreciate the convenience of the facility to my home. I like the way the exercises are outlined and the help you get to do them right. The classmates are friendly, and it is an all-around pleasure to be a part of the class. I appreciate Anne Marie's reminders and keeping us informed about what the next class exercises will be, etc.

It's a very accommodating gym with several training stations and equipment. I attend group morning strength and stretch sessions, offered several times a week. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My insurance covers the cost.

I started about a month ago to Ann Marie’s silver sneaker classes. She is as good or better than if you had personal trainer. The gym isn’t as big as other big brand names but has all the equipments and maybe more for your workouts.

This place is full of AWESOMENESS! Wonderful people, very welcoming and just all around a great place to get fit and stay fit! I enjoy the seniors core and balance program - no one else offers anything like it!

It is a smaller gym. Workout is taylored to my needs.
