My husband and I will only do business with BTDT when it comes to our home remodeling dumpster needs.

The dispatch team - customer service is always so great. They are helping and assist in navigating what dumpster rental would best suit our needs.
Drivers - they always give us a call ahead of time. Arrive on the property and get right to work. We live within the city of Toledo, so our driveway is very narrow. This has never been a problem for those pros.

They prep our driveway to protect the ground with boards / decking. We ask they look out for our yard gating system so we can utilize the gates / the dumpster. - again, never a problem.

They arrive within 24 hours to pick up the dumpster after calling them for pick up. Clean up is FLAWLESS.

Needed a dumpster, called, had it a day later. Provided awesome stuff I didn't even think of as a layman like protecting the driveway underneath the dumpster, having doors on the dumpster so it was easy to drag junk in, swept up with a magnet afterwards. I mean what do you want lol I asked for a dumpster, they gave me an awesome one and then took it away when I was done. Will definitely order again if I ever let my garage fall back into such disarray
