Movers arrived at my home at the time that was given to me. Very punctual and impressive. After i showed the movers what was being taken they quickly and routinely formulated the game plan and put it to work. They had me wrapped up and ready for my next location in just over an hour. At my next location the movers had a task to carry all of my belongings up 3 flights of stairs but worked great together and accomplished that task at a smooth pace. I definitely will recommend Big G Movers to anyone looking to move. Very professional moving crew.

I was worried about hiring movers because the majority of companies out there have terrible reviews. However, they did a great job! Rob, Joe, and Charlie(?? I don't remember their names) moved us out on a rainy day and they covered the floor and shrink wrapped everything very well so that nothing would get soaked. They drove slowly over all the speed bumps that my old complex had and nothing arrived damaged. We were able to borrow wardrobe boxes instead of spending more money on them. I'd definitely consider hiring them again for future moves.

Scheduled a move date 4 weeks in advance, for a Sat at the end of the month (popular closing/moving days). 3 days before, weather forecasts confirmed a nor’easter for that day! Called Big G to ask what we need to do to prepare for a wet move and/or if we could possibly reschedule. During his busy work day, Gary was able to accommodate changing the day to Friday. One less headache (major) during a very stressful time! Will post a follow up review after the move.

Simply the best! From the initial request which was promptly responded to to the end of our move, Big G showed that they are the best. Prompt, courteous, professional, pleasant, and efficient. This applies to the movers as well as the office people. I've moved many times in my life.....never had better!

We cannot thank Gary and his team enough for making a bad situation manageable. Gary's flexibility and willingness to work with us to reschedule our move (twice) due to another company's mistakes were the only reasons we were able to move on time.

I recently moved and was desperate to find a reliable, friendly, honest and very professional moving company. No one I knew had a decent mover. They all complained about other companies “holding the last truckload hostage” , their furniture and walls were damaged , additional surprise prices were added, or boxes or items were missing.
I searched for a 5 star moving company and came across Big G Movers. Their reviews were amazing.! I contacted their office and was immediately welcomed by a friendly and yet professional woman who answered and explained everything very patiently to me. They were true to their word and I paid exactly what we agreed upon. Three Gentlemen made 3 stops to pick up all of my furniture and boxes. They wrapped everything so well! Not one of my pieces were damaged. They took care of everything and did not want me to lift a finger. They carefully unwrapped...

Worth every penny!! That's exactly what my boyfriend and I said after this move. We were a little hesitant as neither one of us have used movers in the past and were worrisome for hidden fees as we were on a tight budget. But, Traci was incredibly thorough and detailed over the phone and in email with the costs and what the move entailed. Gary sent a confirmation text the night before and even kept us informed the morning of when they ran into some rush hour traffic en route to the apt. The team was so polite and friendly! (Even though they had to walk 200 yards from our apt to the street to load the truck.) They really know what they're doing when it comes to moving odd shaped furniture through tight corners and I greatly appreciated how careful they handled all our belongings. First time using movers, they came highly recommended from a friend and coworker who used them twice. They were phenomenal. My girlfriend said she didn't have to lift a finger. Manny, Jamie, and Rob were super friendly, funny, and fast. Extremely nice and careful and efficient. They asked before doing anything they weren't sure about and listened and remembered everything. They didn't slack at all on a hot August Sunday in fact we encouraged them to take a break here and there! They went above and beyond for us. Traci was super responsive when I asked for a quote and set up the appointment. Gary was on top of it the night before and day of to make sure everything went as scheduled. The owner Gary and his staffs are very professional. Gary even came out to help unloading to speed up the move. Somehow my glass shelves for my display cabinet were missing, lost in transit. Gary offered to order new shelves for us even after 2 months from our move. God know how long it will take to finish unpacking everything. Highly recommended.

We engaged Big G movers for our move this past week. Tyler and Kevin were excellent - earnest, kind, professional and pleasant. Prior to their arrival, we interacted with Gary (mostly through text and email). His responses were prompt and thorough. Thanks to all three of them for making this as painless an experience as possible (I absolutely hate moving).

Steve and his team did an amazing job helping us move from Mercer County to Haddon Township last week. It was a super hot day but these guys handled the elements with ease. We moved from a second floor condo which can make it difficult to carry heavy items up and down steps. But, it did not phase these guys one bit. They were friendly and had excellent customer service skills. All fragile items were handled with the utmost care and consideration. I would highly recommend Big Movers, Inc. to anybody who is moving from one home to another. I would also like to add Traci and Gary were very flexible and communicative when it came to scheduling.
