There are not enough stars to describe how wonderful they are. Everyone one from Gary the owner to Steve the lead, Eddie, Shannon, Max, Marco, Jahmaine, and Josh were terrific. Everyone was professional, courteous, good humored and anxious to go above and beyond to be helpful.. They moved us out of our old home and into our new home on a very tight schedule and in a heavy snow storm. They worked late into the night to get us set up in our new home.

We would recommend them without reservation. When we first met Gary he promised us that we would be very happy with his service. We were beyond very happy.

When someone thinks of moving, it’s generally super stressful and a headache. Big G Movers effectively removed the stress from moving! Just used Big G Movers for our move and we could not be happier. The estimate and planning process was easy and Traci led us thru it with great professionalism and responsiveness. Then the moving day came and our crew was fantastic. Very professional, helpful, and careful the entire time, and following covid safety measures at all times. Once at the new house they were fast, and very patient while my husband and I argued about where things should go (there was some of that of course). They even assembled some furniture twice because we changed our mind on which position it should face. All with a smile. I had some good memories of that day despite the stress of a move in the middle of the pandemic, and they were part of those for sure. A big thank you to our Big G crew!

Used Big G Movers for an out-of-state move. Paid more than I would have using other companies, but I got my items delivered faster and with no hidden fees as promised. The moving staff worked fast and were professional; on time, good communication, no items stolen, no items broken, all items carefully wrapped. Minimal damage (let's be real, it is inevitable) to walls/trim/furniture. They used blankets to try their best to protect doorways, flooring, and other areas they were maneuvering through. Anything disassembled was reassembled without issue. Customer service answered within a reasonable amount of time whenever we had questions. Website is a little weird in terms of making the initial first down payment, but really not that big of a deal. Very happy with the results!

Gary is easy to work with and his team (Steve, Max, and Marco) did a nice job quickly helping me out with a tough move on short notice. Would recommend!

My family and I used BIG G Movers about a year ago. We had had a horrible experience with our previous movers, but BIG G renewed our trust again. They were timely, efficient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set in our new house and everything was safely where we wanted it to be. Steve and his crew (Deville and Max) helped us move from Essex County to Middlesex County back in November 2020. Steve was very pleasant and professional to deal with from the moment we reached out by phone. Deville and Max were super efficient and friendly on the day of the move. It was raining cats and dogs that day but Steve and his crew got us all moved in, even helped us disassemble and re-assemble larger furniture item. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and just had great energy overall for a three person crew we had to spend 6 hours with. I've dealt with 1-2 moving crews before, no where near this competent, experienced, and just overall professional. I've dealt with moving crews who were grumpy, not clear in communication at all, and just had weird energy/vibes.

My partner and I are thinking of moving again by year's end, and we will definitely be reaching...

From start to finish, our moving job was handled with professionalism, care, and speed. Everyone was polite and an absolute pleasure to work with. The movers really know their profession, and Traci is wonderful to work with. She replies immediately to inquiries and questions, and she and Gary were available even on moving day with updates. Big G Movers made this experience very stress free, and since my middle name is "stress", this was no easy feat!! Big G movers transferred a piano from one of my stores to another.
They were on time, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them for small or big jobs.

Big G Movers moved me about an hour north. The process was very easy. I set everything up on-line and all of my questions were answered promptly. On the day of the move, Joe, Tyler, and Roy showed up on time and got right to work. Everything was handled with care and wrapped with shrink wrap when needed. All of the furniture and boxes were put exactly where I asked. They went above and beyond. In the end, everything was moved quickly and carefully and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. I highly recommend this company for taking care of your precious items the way you would.

This was a great moving company and was recommended to us! I loved that it’s family owned and whenever I had a question, Traci was so responsive and helpful. Everyone was on time, professional but also down to earth, practiced safety regarding covid, reasonably priced, and we felt comfortable the whole time. The three guys who helped us move our furniture (locally) Tank, Troy, and Devell were all great. We would recommend!

So amazing. Sometimes having clients who love you back is a wonderful thing. One client offered me all their furniture used in their model homes, BUT they really wanted it out by Saturday (yesterday). I contacted Gary, and asked availability for a move from one place to my new listing in Somerset and then on to my storage unit. So at 10 am yesterday, 2 trucks showed up with my “Crew” led by Steve. I think I want to adopt them all. By the end of our adventure it became apparent that these guys were not there to just do their job and be done. They actually weighed in on the placement of the furniture which was sooo sweet. They rearranged things til I was pleased and I know this review is lengthy but it’s important to give credit to where credit is due. So, thank you Steve, Tyler G, Marco, Max, Gene and Develle. I used BIG G twice to move some of the contents of my garage to an offsite storage facility. Then about a year later, to move it all back.
Staff was polite, friendly, on time, and NOTHING was damaged!

Gary worked with my timelines for both moves. His pricing was fair as well.

Last week Steve, Max, & Gene did a phenomenal job with my move. They took great care in handling our furniture and shrink wrapped where appropriate. There was constant communication before and after the move to make sure things went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Steve and Tyler G came and did the packing this morning. They were friendly and professional. They were incredibly efficient while being very careful with fragile items. After they finished each room, they would ask me to double check that everything had been packed. I would use them again, without hesitation! Five stars all the way!!!

Second time I’ve used them in the past couple years - they were great! Traci and Gary were awesome and open during the quote process and helped me a on a Sunday reconfigure some details of my move even though it was the day before. Eddie, Shannon and Bruce were great on the day of the move and kept things clean and safe - will definitely recommend and use them again!

Moving is always hard but Big G movers makes the process as smooth as possible. We have used their services on two occasions and found them to be extremely professional, responsive, efficient and easy to work with. This time around we had Tank, Deville, Tyler G, Poodah and Tyler H manage and our move and it was great! Everything was done within time, none of of the items were damaged, even though we had some big pieces of furniture. They shrink wrap all the major pieces and are super careful while transporting stuff. Overall their services are top notch and provide good value..so totally recommend using them for your next move.

I needed two rooms of furniture moved out of my house while my floors were being replaced. These guys were great. They were prompt, friendly and courteous. They took great care with my furniture. Each piece was wrapped and carefully stored. They were back on the scheduled date to bring all the furniture back.
