Susie helped us SO much! Our baby boy was tongue and lip tied. She walked us through the process of getting it released, gave recommendations of doctors in the area, and even made accommodation for us to see her the next day after the procedure to show us the proper technique for stretches. Ms Susie is such a great person, I wish we found her when our son was much younger but here we are. Now that he is a teenage, he hasn’t been the best student, in regards to doing home exercises, however Susie remained patient and continued to help him, even texting him frequent reminders. He has almost graduated and doing well with her therapy and we couldn’t be happier.

We moved to AZ 2 days after my 15 month old daughter had her tongue and lip tie released. I could not get the stretches done at home for anything. Susie was an absolute angel and would take time everyday for us to come in and stretch her for us.

She has such amazing energy and a genuine want to help!

We went back to Atlanta for a week and Sofia saw her provider who did the release. She healed beautifully and just has a bit of scar tissue.

Her mouth breathing has decreased significantly and she’s doing great overall.

Susie Appleman is amazing and a one of a kind Speech Therapist. We came to her after not seeing any progress at my son’s previous Speech Therapist program. Within a short amount of time, his confidence in speaking improved, his vocabulary, and his overall pronunciation improved dramatically. We loved visiting her each week and the kind energy she brings. She has a vast knowledge and many years of experience that she brings to each kiddo she works with. Every session was tailored to my son’s current needs. Our family absolutely enjoyed our experience with her and we recommend her to our friends and family.

My son has had trouble with saying his Rs for many years. Working with Susie helped him to finally be able to articulate words with Rs. I recently ran across a video of him speaking 2 years ago and I was floored at how far he has come. Sometime as a parent the change is hard to see when you are with them everyday. Susie was outstanding at working with him consistently to improve his speech. In addition, he also struggled with swallowing pills, even a very small one. After working with Susie, we are finally done buying liquid medicine! She is amazing and I can’t recommend her enough!!
