I've had my traditional braces on for a few months and would recommend this practice.

For the initial consultation, it was very easy to get an appointment. I was very nervous going in but they are friendly and made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was given a realistic expectation as far as what my first couple of weeks with braces would be like (which were the hardest) and they recommend different products to help plus provide a care kit to take home which is nice. I've had to go in a couple of times in between regular appointments for minor fixes like a bite bumper came out as my teeth shifted or a wire came out partially at the back of my mouth when I was flossing and I've been able to be seen right away at a time convenient for me. I also have two young children that I've brought with me to a couple of appointments and the staff is so kind to them and have made them being there easy (even giving them little toys to keep).

My husband is receiving Invisalign treatment here as well as has only positive things to say. We were also given a family discount.

Overall, Dr. Biermann is very approachable and knowledgeable about straightening teeth, I am loving the changes I already see now, and am looking forward to continuing at this practice. If you want a better smile, go ahead and schedule an initial appointment to check it out yourself.
