When Kendall came out to look at my house and find out what type of paint job I was interested in he explained their process very clearly, was very transparent about their process and what products would be used, and when I could expect a quote. Once the quote arrived, on time, I was very impressed with the price and the line by line breakdown of what would be done.
The day the painters arrived there was immediately an issue with the paint colors but the lead painter assured me that we'd get it all worked out. Jeramiah came out to discuss the issue with me, then he worked with Dunn Edwards to get the right colors in place seamlessly! I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled this.

The whole process was pain free. From the estimate to the final touches it was great. Sometimes there are hiccups in the estimate vs reality. Sometimes contracting crews do not clean up well.
