Adam and his brother promptly showed up to my house within the hour after I called. My crawl space had flooded due to a burst pipe. They cleaned the water up immediately. Very professional, reliable and one of the best companies and people I had the pleasure of doing business with. Honest and hard working. They would stop by every day to check on the drying process. I recently had John with BOR out late night to look at water damage from an upstairs bath leak. He came out late (12:30 am), assessed the damage and made his recommendations as to what was needed in order to get the house back to original condition. Luckily for us the leak was caught early and the damage was minimal. I had a concern after having John out. I spoke to him about it and he was very responsive and professional in assisting me with my concern. I will be saving John's information incase I ever need restoration help again.
