I recently had John with BOR out late night to look at water damage from an upstairs bath leak. He came out late (12:30 am), assessed the damage and made his recommendations as to what was needed in order to get the house back to original condition. Luckily for us the leak was caught early and the damage was minimal. I had a concern after having John out.
