I hired Best of Utah to help with unloading my POD at the storage facility (moved from North Carolina!) and then transporting all my stuff to my townhome in Salt Lake! From my initial call with Ben, he was super professional, helpful, responsive, and never pushy. The estimate was very clear and discussed with me on the phone and promptly sent to me via email for review. Booking the move was also a piece of cake. I never had an issue getting in touch with someone.

Leading up to moving day, they were again very communicative and told me what to expect. I received a call the morning of the move to let me know their ETA which was within their estimated window and spot-on. Tyler, Tito, and the two other movers (whose names I didn’t catch unfortunately) were very friendly and efficient and took great care of our things!

Anthony, Nate, and Brian arrived on time. They knew how to pack and protect items to move them safely. There was no fooling around. They hustled and got everything moved as quickly as possible in spite of the grueling outdoor temperatures.

After moving ourselves from AZ to UT in the middle of July we opted to hire movers the next time around and we’re so glad we found Best of Utah Moving Co. They got us on the schedule with only a few days notice and Fernando, Nate, Jeff and Joey were fast, efficient, and careful with moving our belongings. We were nervous to hire movers as we’ve heard horror stories from friends and family but we’d definitely hire them again.

**Update: I realized after paying our invoice the movers had taken a longer lunch than was quoted so I called back to see if they would refund the difference. Both Landon and Kingston in the office were extremely helpful and timely with their responses. They verified with the movers the extra time taken for lunch and refunded me the difference. This was the most pleasant customer service experience I've had anywhere. I expected hours of headache and...

They are professional and the team performed a non-stop moving throughout the day. I have so many stuffs and they added more folks to finish it. Hopefully they can it it done in one day. The team are Jeff, Dominik, Anthony, Scott, Tyler H., Tino, Arturo, Jeancarlo, and Aaron. Great team works!
