I met with Austin Funk a couple of weeks ago and after having some work done by other co I was asking him a lot of questions. He explained everything they would do and provided proper business information so I signed with them on the spot. The installation was a very LONG DAY for he and his helper but they stayed to the project. I set up extra lighting for them and they just kept on working to complete our job. They were very courteous and cleaned up everything that they promised. I am very happy we chose their company and even the young lady at the office made sure everything was kept on track. WHAT A GREAT TEAM !!

The guy that was scheduled to install gutters dropped the ball on the project and I needed gutters before the weather changes. Although, I’m certain gutters can be installed during the colder months. I didn’t want to witness people working on my house when it’s too cold, or too hot for that matter. I called and spoke to Brianna. We scheduled a eval. Austin came to check out the project. He was very thorough , knowledgeable and confident. I signed a cancellation agreement which was fine and scheduled an install. A team of two came. I have a one level house with 167’ of run. I wanted 6” gutters which are almost double the value than 5” and I wanted gutter guards. The guards were 100% of what the gutters cost. I got the premium guards. They prevent pine needles. They worked all day. They did a great job. It looks really sharp. AND! They cleaned up after themselves....

The name says it all! Great service, guarantees, and installation. Reasonably priced when compared to other companies.

Austin and his crew were great from start to finish. He came out and got us a quote quickly and at a fair price. They had a quick turnaround to then get out and do the work in a reasonable amount of time. We had a few hiccups with the utility companies coming out and marking our yard for the trenching we required. Best Dam Gutters was quick to handle it, resolve it with the utility companies, and reschedule our work.

Appreciated the transparency top to bottom, would recommend them.

Austin and his wife were great to work with. They were able to do our gutters within a week of signing the contract. Communication was excellent and the workmanship was very high quality. The price was far better than the other quotes we got.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely exceptional experience from the first phone contact through completion. I live in a manufactured home and not only did Austin add the gutters I initially asked for, but he also took the time to thoroughly inspect where the rainwater had entered our home and he found a issue with our entry doors and repaired them as well. Everyone else I got estimates from only talked about gutters. The time and care to make sure the problem is solved is what makes Austin and Best Dam Gutters Plus stand out above everyone. He cares about his work and it shows. I highly recommend him!

It was a pleasure working with Austin and the team at Best Dam Gutters. Although our job had to be rescheduled a couple of times, they communicated proactively and early enough to minimize any inconvenience. The job was clearly defined, done well, and at the agreed-to price, even when they encountered some unforeseen difficulties with the old gutters. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

Austin explained everything , very professionally he is very knowledgeable . Didn’t take them anytime at all to get the job done. We were very happy with everything .Hope he doesn’t mind the cold we’ll need to have the gutters checked out again in probably December .

From the first phone call, to being updated on when the estimator would arrive, to the professional onsite measurements and immediate estimate, I hired them on the spot. Brianna on the phones and scheduling and Austin and his team delivered on their promises. I even received a no charge return visit to have water overflow, inherent with the house design, tweeked with different materials to mitigate the issues.
