This place has you review them when you first get a car and they give you a Starbucks card for a good review, this is the only reason they have such a great rating! The payment center is horrible to work with and super rude! I went to make my payment on my car and because I’m lacking $10 they wouldn’t even take it! I have to have someone go there and be standing there to pay the $10. Just ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend getting any vehicle from here! The first car I got was in the shop from Nov-January and they wouldn’t give me my money back, just a different vehicle so I ended up stuck with them! I highly recommend taking your money and going somewhere else! This place is nothing but a hassle! I know another lady dealing with a few issues with them as well!
