I put in a call a couple of years ago to inquire about some properties for sale in Oregon. Betsy Shand called me back promptly and provided me with information, met me when I arrived in Oregon, showed me many properties, and when I finally settled on the one I wanted, I was not in a position to make the move. Betsy would check on the progress of my plans every few weeks and when I returned she arranged showing me the property, not once but four times! This property was in Hood River-Parkdale. As this is a very non-conforming property, her efforts were amped up considerably in not only connecting me to a personal banker who has been jumping through hoops to get this mortgage accomplished.
