We have been using Bello's for a few months now and I cannot say enough good things about the company. Their office staff is extremely friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns. They are understanding when it comes to scheduling, and they do their best to accommodate any requests.
We just had a deep clean done of our basement and Xiomara and Iris did such a beautiful job. They were friendly and made sure that everything was perfect before they left the property. Our routine cleanings that are done upstairs always leave our home immaculate. It helps take the burden off of the small details of cleaning. We will continue to use Bellos for routine cleanings. They clean well and are respectful, but I had to take a star down because I've used them twice now and each time at least one item was broken or damaged. They graciously offered to replace or repair the items, but it is quite a hassle to do this each time. If something is damaged or broken during the service while I'm there, I don't understand why I'm not told and instead get surprised by it sometime later. Read more >
