They clean well and are respectful, but I had to take a star down because I've used them twice now and each time at least one item was broken or damaged. They graciously offered to replace or repair the items, but it is quite a hassle to do this each time. If something is damaged or broken during the service while I'm there, I don't understand why I'm not told and instead get surprised by it sometime later. Read more >

Zoila does an amazing job of cleaning our home. I'm picky about my wooden stairs being cleaned, not having things moved around as I like them where they are and anytime I have a special request like dealing with a new electric blanket, she instantly honors the request. Wow. What can I say about Bellos Cleaning Services. My aunt called for the services but I was home when the young lady arrived. Tanee did an awesome job. She arrived on time and it was almost like she didn’t have to ask any questions. She was very in tune and detailed with her job and I loved it. I have used cleaning services in the past with somewhat mixed results. Bello's was actually recommended to me by another cleaning company - which says a lot. I chose to start with a deep cleaning and then will be using them for maintenance cleaning every other week. Andrea and Lisa showed up on time for the deep cleaning, which was terrific. Unlike some companies that have a checklist and stick to it, Andrea and Lisa walked through the rooms with me and asked what I wanted done that might be unusual and what I might not want done or touched. I really appreciated their concern that I be happy with the results. Both of them were the hardest workers I've seen in some time and were unrelentingly cheerful and pleasant.
