Where do I start…. Well honestly thats what we all said when we needed to have our giant 3 story property cleaned out for a sale and time was winding down. After knowing the owner Andrew for a few years we knew Barten Brothers were the guys to get the job done.
We scheduled the cleanout and immediately received text message confirmation of the booking. Two days before the job we recieved a phone call reminding us of the appointment with a window of arrival. The day of the job the Barten Brothers Team showed up on the jobsite promptly at 8am which was the beginning of there alloted window of arrival.
Andrew assured me he had the tools, crew and equipment to complete the job and not to worry. The crew immediately began working to remove all of the contents of the property being sure not to damage any walls, railings or corners of the house.

I called them to see if they could do something outside of their standard services which required moving some furniture around (in addition to junk removal). They are not a pop up junk removal business, they can and do many services and are highly equipped to take on a variety of challenges. Andrew and every crew member that has serviced our home has been pleasant and professional. They have gone above and beyond on a few occasions helping us stay on track with a full house renovation when we’ve hit obstacles, like the unpredicted need to pull a masonry staircase! It was quick and precise, so we seamlessly continued our siding job, thank you! We are fortunate they are a local business but they service a broad region.

We called Barten Bros to remove demoed kitchen cabinets. They came and gave us a quote. we had them remove everything right then and there! it only took them about a half hour and they cleaned uo everything. no debri left behind at all! I will recommend them with 5 stars!!

The guys got here on time and notified me just before they got here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were very careful carrying the couches out.

UPDATE: We just used Barten Bros again...this time they replaced our roof. The crew was extremely professional, took only 1 day to make our home look great, AND cleaned up so well my property looked better than before they arrived!

They took out my hot tub for 1/6 of the cost I had been quoted from someone else. That’s a serious difference! They showed up right on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were a polite group of people who I’d definitely hire again.

This is the first time I rented a container (Dumpster)from Barten Bros and from every standpoint they shattered expectations. The customer service is top-notch and they were the most affordable, a rare combo. I have ordered a lot of dumpsters from other companies for my work over the years, Barten Bros, hands down are the best. I got a flyer for Barten Bros., and needed an old metal/plastic picnic table hauled away that the previous owners left here when we bought the house. I requested service using their online form for the next day, not knowing whether they’d be able to accommodate. I got a call back within a few hours, and while they couldn’t come out the next day, they put me on the schedule for first thing the next business day. They came out with two big burly young men who handled it quickly and professionally. A+ service; will use again!!

So professional! From the initial call to the final interaction, Barten Bros. consistently raises the bar for customer service. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I have both rented a dumpster and used their removal services twice. Not only did they remove a large play structure from my property, they swept the area before leaving. I can’t recommend this company enough. I would give them 10 stars, if possible.
