Baltimore Pressure Washers did an amazing job cleaning our house siding and brick. They were very detail oriented, explained all components of the washing prior to beginning. I highly recommend them. Definitely will be using them again. The owner was not satisfied until the client was satisfied with his work.

My deck pavers had gotten very dirty over the past 5 years. I didn’t want to pressure wash the pavers myself due to the potential for destruction of the sand between each paver. Andres was great to deal with. Very responsive and prompt. Most of all, after finishing my pavers look brand new. I highly recommend this service. Also, a very fair price for the amount of work involved.

We had our deck stained several weeks ago, and it looks beautiful!! The work was very carefully done with much attention to detail.. No board was left unstained. Baltimore Pressure Washers even stained the two wooden chairs on our deck. Andres said, "I just couldn't leave them like that."

I am very pleased with the work that Andres performed. He responded quickly from my initial request and throughout the time it took to actually do the work. He also sent me a message when he thought his prior engagement would over run and make him late to begin my work. Upon arrival he gave me a copy of his certificate of insurance (something everyone should ask for and receive from a contractor) and a brochure. He explained the entire process and listened attentively to my concerns and what I sought to have accomplished. Needless to say I was more than happy with the results.

I highly recommend Baltimore PressureWashers, Sykesville MD, for the work they did cleaning the exterior of our home. The structure is “old”, 12-inch reveal, ALUMINUM, cedar-shake looking siding. There are also wood porches, baluster railings, brick chimneys, and many windows.

The work took the better part of a day. Andres cleaned everything extremely well with a warm water cleaning solution, and a mix of low and high pressure rinses. Washing was done with his water supply. This was good for us since we are on a well. Windows were mopped and squeegee’d. Lower windows were wiped with microfiber cloth. Porch roofs and floors were also cleaned, and a small patio and the sidewalks too—really everything around the house was done!

Mildew was gone from shady places and the porches are again paint-ready. It’s been several weeks and there are no--zero—casualties among...

BPW did a great job washing my townhouse. The concrete, brick, and vinyl siding were very clean. Since the tech came from far away (I'm located in Leesburg), he brought his own water. He did need more to complete my house, but the amount was negligible and didn't affect my water bill. Would use this company again.
