Selling our vacant property to Bailey Real Estate was way easier than I thought it would

A very easy company to work with, did everything that they said that they would do. Especially on the property I sold them it was a difficult transfer of too many people on the title and they were with me from the beginning to the end. Just a very good company

Excellent service and made the process very easy

It was very easy to sell the property I inherited from my dad. During the process, it seemed to be too slow. But after reflecting and reviewing the process, it happened very fast. 23 days after I signed paperwork I had the money.

When I received an offer from these people, I thought it was a scam, but I gave it a try anyway. Turned out it was not a scam, and they accepted my counter offer. The rest of the process went well through emails, I didn’t have to do any physical mailings, etc.

Bailey promised to sell my land easily, and they did. David Cruise first contacted me on Mar 15 and 35 days later I had a check. Entire transaction was done long distance, mostly by internet. I had to complete and mail one escrow package; that was it. Thanks.

My dealings with Bailey Real Estate were professional throughout. Communications and coordination were well conducted. Conducting real estate business by email and USPS mail was novel but effective.

Working with Bailey Real Estate was easy. David was my contact and he was easy to talk to, listened to my explanation of our property and our asking price. A few days later it was a done deal!
