They are very professional and I do like the results. Sometimes there’s a long wait even with an appointment but it’s worth it.!

My experience at the model lab was great. I spoke with Angela, who was very attentive and added me to a waitlist. I was thrilled when she called a couple of days later and scheduled an appointment for me. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful in filling out forms. The instructor was awesome; she tapped on my head while the student injected. This was so helpful in distracting me. I have recommended the model lab to many friends!

I love aesthetic model lab because everyone is so friendly and professional, I’ve been getting Botox for years and it doesn’t feel any different from walking into a professional office versus the lab, I feel like I’m in great hands and well taken care of and have had great results after getting Botox four times there now!

Technicians were awesome! I just don’t see any improvement whatsoever. I am not looking for miracles , but the lines haven’t softened at all.
