Overall, my experience was a positive one. My initial interaction with the front desk staff, however, was not as welcoming as I would have liked, and I did not feel entirely comfortable at first.

Kelli made us feel welcome and comfortable; she is clearly intelligent and skilled at creating an inviting environment.
