Pet Stop of Northeast Florida did a great job installing our dog fence. Our dog Ace would constantly get out of the house and make his way to the neighbors yard. The team did such an excellent job installing the fence and Ace no longer goes places he shouldn’t. Worth every penny. Blanca was so pleasant and helpful with the dog training and with us. Petstop installed an invisible fence for our pup. Installation was quick, easy and affordable. Love that it keeps my pup safe without blocking our views.

The training was fabulous. Blanca trained our Vizsla (and us) in two visits. We kept working with her as suggested and within a couple weeks she was completely trained. Blanca has been readily available whenever I’ve needed her too.

We live on a pond with lots of birds. My birding dog respects her pet stop boundaries and does not breach them to chase the birds. We are very satisfied with both the fence and the training we received from Pet Stop of Northeast Florida. We highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Pet Stop . - having them install our fence saved our 3 month old puppy from running away and getting hit by a car. There is no high pressure sales pitch and the owners install the fence themselves so you know it’s being done right! They also include two training sessions with you and your pet which was so helpful. We have a summer home and we are able to take the system back and forth to ensure our pet’s safety all year long.

Victoria was the utmost professional throughout the process from explaining the system, it’s pricing and our options through training. Ryan installed our system, and the wires were buried without upsetting our grass. And when Ryan was here he even fixed our next door neighbor’s system gratis as a good will gesture since they are a senior couple on a fixed income. So kind of them.

Our boxer quickly learned her boundaries. This is much better than a traditional fence as it does not block our view of the pond behind our home.

Update - a contractor broke our line when replacing our driveway. Called PetStop and Bianca was so helpful. She got a crew out the next day and worked really hard to fix our system. Mission...

have used them a few time over the years for front yard install, back yard install and repairs after we cut the line... Always professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for your pet invisible fence.

The entire process of working with Pet Stop has been absolutely amazing! Victoria came out and explained in kitchen English how their products, installation, training. She also answered any all questions and concerns i had as well. The installation by Adam was top notch. He said approximately 3-4 hours to do the full install, but he was amazingly fast and finished in a lot less time than that. Victoria came after installation and spent a lot of time with me explaining the app, software pushes to the collars, recharging, etc. She then took a lot of time with each of my pups and me to show us how to do the (3) step process with the dogs between the border walk, the treat test by the flags, and lastly the safety zone. I feel really great about my purchase and know that Pet Stop for right for my pups and me!

I LOVE my Pet Stop fence! My puppies quality of life has gone through the roof now that he can be outside with me and my son with NO worries of him darting into the street and getting hit by a car!!! Victoria was the best! She taught me, my son and Jojo (plus half the neighborhood kids) how to help Jojo enjoy his new freedom!

The remote training app has a few minor issues but it continues to improve! Over all the best money I've spent in a long time!! So worth it!!!
