Colton Sherwood was our realtor what a great welcome to Texas. We moved to Texas from out of state, he made what could have been a stressful experience a pleasant one. With our schedule it was important to work with someone with knowledge of the area and market, he was excellent. He listen to what we were looking for and scheduled viewings accordingly. It was a pleasure working with Colton, if I could talk family and friends into moving Colton would be my recommendation for a realtor.

Colton Sherwood was my realtor and I did not know him before meeting him to view homes. He was punctual, kind, knowledgeable and had done his research on the homes he presented to me. He had a great agenda to maximize the number of homes we could see. He tried to make sure I saw every home I requested and he always responded immediately to my texts. I was so impressed with him and assure you this is a man of integrity. He never tried to pressure me in any way and was patient as I made hard decisions. A fun realtor to work with too.
