Thing I love best about events like the Sedona yoga Festival is the high vibration you get to experience from the attendance of all the people who are focused on higher consciousness. SYF is absolutely buzzing with this, more than any other transformative event I have ever attended. it's worth it just to go and hang out there… but that is only the icing on the cake there are hundreds of classes seminars and other activities to choose from. And this is all happening in Sedona. Very highly recommended :-)
