Atlantis Exterior Cleaning

They did a great job — for the window cleaning part of it — that turned out to be 2X as expensive as originally quoted. But I didn’t realize I should have told them I had storm windows for my 1981 house. That meant they had to remove all the extra panes of glass and wash both sides of those, in addition to the fixed panes. So it meant doing two houses worth of windows.

To partially compensate for this extra cost, they blew off all the pine needles on the roof and the tops of the gutter guards for free. And then they tested how well the water flows through the downspouts. The gutter guards worked very well, so I’m happy I got to see that, since I had never checked them out in the 2 years since the new gutters and downspouts were installed. The technicians Austin and Kyle were two of the nicest, conscientious and hard working young men I have ever met. They did a fantastic job on my windows (which were REALLY dirty) and they all sparkle and shine now...an amazing transformation! Atlantis cleaned our home windows both inside and out last week and did a fine job. I thought the price was a little on the high end and we had to ask them to redo a few of the larger/higher windows a second time since they didn't use the ladder the first time, opting for the extension tool instead. Atlantis did a great job on cleaning my gutters ( 2 story home). They were able to schedule me the next day and showed on on time. Actually, the yound man arrived early and went to work.
