I could not have had better service from a company that helped me through an unfortunate water leak and resulting damage. I was assigned to Mike Whitton as a project manager. From the very beginning he explained every step that QFB would take to get our condo back to original restoration. He communicated with me on a weekly basis and kept me informed of the progress. The contractors were professional and respectful. The condo was put back together just as it looked before the water and mold damage. I was amazed to say the least. I would refer any homeowner that has water/fire damage to use this company.

They were very fast in responding to my claim. That same week they came to my house gave me a quote. Next they had someone come and take pictures and have someone pack all my belongings for me. I was blessed to have one of their employees who was not only professional, responsible and the sweetest person Luz Sanchez and her co-workers. I highly recommend her and whoever is working with her, as well as her Supervisor LeBrente Stevenson who came to check if things were running smoothly.
