I am extremely happy with the work provide by QFB. As soon as they were brought into the picture through State Farm, everyone worked quickly to get our home back together. LeBrente Stevenson handled the pack out and care of our belongings while working with Mike Whitten our Project Manager. Mike's experience patience and understanding was more than I could have hoped for. Mike and team really did an amazing job of putting our house back together after the fire. The level of communication was above and beyond. I would highly recommend QFB and even more, I am happy to say anyone working with Mike is in great hands. THANK YOU!!

We had a huge hickory tree on our roof after hurricane Ian and we were referred to QFB from our insurance company. I was amazed that within minutes of making the referral, QFB contacted me. I met with Mike the same day and he looked at the tree. Within 2 days it was off the roof and tarped up. I can't thank them enough for how quickly they responded to our emergency and got that tree off the roof and tarped up. Mike was extremely professional and calm, and got everything expedited for us. The contractors that were used to replace the roof on my home were professional and cleaned up the roof debris from all sides of my home daily. I was impressed with the consistent unsolicited update emails and text I received from my project manager Robert Carrasquillo from the time I signed the contract through completion of the job. There was a matter that needed to be addressed after completion of the work and payment had been received by them that was also handled in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend.

Aside from a horrendous HOA and CAM experience, the ATI team has been nothing short of amazing so far. While the HOA was dragging their feet on timelines. ATI ensured a quick and qualitative turnaround of repairs and replacements within my unit caused by extensive water damage.

Rafael and Grace took care of the water damage, and ensured to clean and treat all affected areas.

Carrie and Carlos, alongside their team, were very involved and communicated every step of the way during the reconstruction and replacement process.

I have nothing but kind words to say. Some items are still in progress due to the extend of damage but I have no doubt my experience with this team will remain the same throughout the rest of this project just as I’ve experienced thus far.

Was always able to reach someone for answers. They were very flexible with scheduling. Mike was our job manager I was always able to reach him with any concerns. If I ever need similar services I would definitely use them or recommend them to others.

I live in a condo on the first floor. My neighbor above had some water issues that caused my ceiling to leak (which was a Friday evening). As soon as I noticed the leak, ATI was notified and arrived within a couple of hours. They came right in and immediately placed in their equipment to suck out the water properly. They used a huge air purifier that stayed with me running for a few days, making sure I was breathing in good air. They checked on me making sure there were no problems. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I highly recommend ATI for many reasons. Their crew is friendly, compassionate and they know what they are doing. They go over and beyond.
