Our home was practically destroyed by a severe fire. Quality First Builders knew right away how bad the damage was. They were there the day after the fire; kept in touch with us until the house was completely built and ready for us to move back in.

Great company to be a part of. Taking care of the customer is at the top of everyone’s list. So much so it is part of the QFB culture.

This company took care of my second floor laundry leak and damage. They came in late on a weekend night to get rid of the water and by the end of the same week everything was restored and I was doing my laundry again.
The water team and then the property repair guys did their jobs perfectly and really fast.
I hope that I never need excellent service again....but if I do.......they will be the only service company that I will call and or recommend!

We were out of town when a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom. It flooded the upstairs and then moved to the main floor causing damage to both the upper and lower floors and the garage. We were fortunate to have Jim Bowman lead the mitigation efforts for QFB Mitigation. You can put your trust in him. He gets the job done while protecting your home and personal property. He keeps you up to date on what is happening and what the next steps are. He is patient and kind. In short, if you are unfortunate enough to have such an event you want him on the job. We want to personally thank him for working so hard in truly awful conditions.

QFB helped us out so much after Hurricane Irma repairing tree and storm damage. They came out right away and got a tarp on our roof, their water extraction team was in touch every step of the process drying our front two rooms. Then our project manager took over with all the repairs needed and their vendor Power Roofing did a great job on our new roof. I wouldn't have known where to start and QFB handled everything for us. Thank you! We are so glad our insurance company recommended them.

I called this company for consideration of their services related to storm damages after hurricane Irma. 17 days after the storm...everyone is busy. Even this company. But they made time to review my damages in a very short order. I've been a general contractor for a long time. I simply don't have time to address the issues I called them about.
LeBbrente Stevenson, a field manager, came out and was very professional in both his looks and demeanor. He had sophisticated equipment, thermal imagers, etc. and gave me a through, and detailed review of the items we looked at.
I would recommend this company. based on the professional, courteous way Mr. Stevenson conducted my review.
