Responded immediately once notified by my Homeowners Insurance. The rapid response Team identified the source of the water leak; tested the site for moisture in floors, baseboards and walls. Left us with two dehumidifiers and fans for thirty-six hours and declared us high and dry. We were given a choice to continue with QFB for restoration of cabinets, floors and other affected areas. Next Team came in and within two days had removed flooring and prepared affected areas for replacement. Last Team followed the weekend and in two days had replaced flooring, cabinet, moldings and necessary painting. When the project was completed, it was as though the incident had never happened. Excellent workmanship, very much appreciated. We would recommend QFB should we ever require their Services again for our Home.

We were about 90% satisfied with this company. At first they were FAST, professional, thorough and answered all questions and were forthcoming on what is happening each step of the way. It did take a long time for the whole process. But in the end it was worth it. Our only complaint was regarding the last step of the process. The person in charge was not good at communicating. He often made promises he never kept. He caused us a some anguish. There were some small problems with the installation but we approved anyway. Over all we would use the company again but would want to be sure another vendor was handling the final step.

QFB repaired two water damaged cabinets from a water leak under my elderly mother’s kitchen sink. Once I contacted them, they came the next day to survey what needed to be done and within a week was able to come out and start the work. It took three days to complete the entire job, but they did an excellent job. The plumber was on time the first day and disconnected everything so the cabinet workers could come the second day and rebuild both cabinets. The cabinet worker and his son were a great team, arrived on time, and spent a full day building two new beautiful cabinets out of high quality wood. They were also able to use the original doors and facing so that it all blended in with the other cabinets when it was finished. We are currently engaged in agriculture in Iowa, but have a home in Florida that we go to when the farm is not in operation. While in Iowa during September, we received notice from our neighbors that our villa in The Villages FL , had been flooded by a broken hose in our bathroom. We had no idea of the severe damage we had incurred.
