ATI Restoration/Orlando QFB

We were very impressed with QFB. We had them do repairs due to water damage, which included patch work on the walls, painting, new floor boards and installing new vinyl flooring. The guys were on time, professional and the job was done according to their original timeline. We liked them so much we asked them to replace the flooring in another room and that job was completed quickly as well. We would definitely recommend QFB for your restoration needs.

My wife has already done a review on the work that you did for us. I don’t mind doing a good legitimate review of work that you have done, but I don’t see a need for every person in the household doing one.As for me, I was very happy with all of your until you sent the big ole guy with his big old brogans to finish the caulking of seams. After he chucked the seams and spread the chuck and scratched the new floor with his big brogans; I was not very happy.

We had a refrigerator leak which left us with wet mold in the wallboard,
baseboard and cabinets in the kitchen and the entryway. We called a mitigation company to cleanup and they gave me the info on OFB and Glen Chastain. I called and Glen responded promptly. I had the ok from the insurance co, and I did have another estimate. Glen came and I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge, we signed the contract. The workers came when they said they would. The work was meticulous from prep to cleanup. They were polite and kept making sure we were pleased with what they were doing and with the results. I had no cleanup when they left except for putting my cabinet contents away.
I would highly recommend OFB to anyone who needs this type of work done. I will definitely use them again.
