We are very well pleased with the work received by QEB to restore our home after we experienced a drain pipe crack in our air-conditioner unit. Undiscovered for several weeks was a condensate pipe leak that resulted in water leaking and damaging several areas in our home. The teams sent to us , headed by Glen Chastain, were a great group of reconstruction workers. Glen coordinated the numerous processes required before the actual restoration work could begin. When that phase of this project began, Nick Anderson, Project Manager, stayed in touch with us and followed through on all concerns we had.

Mike at QFB did a great job making sure that our restoration got done in a timely manner and was totally committed to getting the job done right.
The crew did a credible job protecting our furniture and cleaning up as well. Thanks

They responded quickly when the hot water heater burst and completed the mitigation and dry out expeditiously. They completed all ensuing water damage repairs in the same manner. Would recommend their services for both mitigation and repair.

The coordination of services from Mike Whitten was superb resulting on restoring my property quickly and proficiently! The Tree Services Company he sent did a superb job in a very short time! When I need them they were there! Todd was very friendly and got the job done. Todd made sure we were happy with the job done. If we had any complaints he made sure to get the fixed quickly.

The entire process was very easy and everyone involved was extremely friendly and professional. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Recently we experienced water damage to our wood laminate flooring. The entire floor needed to be replaced. We contracted with QFB to manage the project. Throughout the process QFB provided efficient and professional service. Glen Chastain, the project manager, was courteous, informative, and helpful. Tiago, and his work team were skillful and industrious.
The result is a beautiful new plank tile floor, professionally installed. We will recommend QFB, Glen, and Tiago to anyone!

The sub-contractors for QFB were professional and did excellent work. The communication from the front office in regards to when the work would be done needs improvement. I was told someone would be at my home and nobody would show up. This happened on several occasions. The work I was told they would be doing was not quite accurate. Although, the sub-contractors did excellent work and were always pleasant. The front office communication was lacking. Therefore, I can’t rate them 5 stars
