What a wonderful experience it was to have Mike and his “A” Teams working on our home. It was a worry free experience. Every job was quality and more impressive to me, was the level of care and pride I observed from the tradesmen! It was the best experience ever!
We will surely contact Mike in the future for any repairs.

Glen Chastain Project mgr, was and is a heads up guy. Was i happy it took so long to complete i must say no. But I will say the job was complete to my satisfaction. Glen did all he could to get the materials in but with no fault of his own other situations came into play.

QFB put my mind at ease! Once we met with Mike , he listened to our concerns and he explained how they would proceed with the job. We could not have been in better hands! Great work by Fernando and Santos. They were organized, thorough, polite and detailed. Left the job site after organizing and cleaning the area to its proper place. My only issue with QFB was the time it took to schedule the actual repair. Overall, everything went well.

Everything started well as my job progressed Mike and I hit a communication wall then along with covid and the lack of communication by both of us I became very unhappy at which point Mike and I had a sit down and spoke openly we both realized by our own doing we failed in communication and or the strong personalities within our communication. Unfortunate by this time we had additional delays with Covid. But because we now had better communication between us my job is finally done and I am very pleased with the final out come. Mike knows his stuff. Its a shame that the project manager can only be as good as his sub contractors and in my case when they worked they did a great job but again only when they worked thus the communication, the sub contractors never showed when I was told they would and I failed to report it to Mike because I was warned about how tough my job would be ad...

From the minute we called QFB concerning our mold problem, they were helpful, professional and courteous every step of the way. We had mold growing behind our walls, in the insulation and underneath the carpet in two rooms of our home. QFB tested the mold and created a removal plan within days of calling. Scott, our project manager, handled everything for us and kept us in the loop the entire time. He provided us with phone calls and up to date photos daily of all the work that was being done. We really appreciated the constant communication he gave us. Lucy and her team handled the actual removal and cleaning of our home. She was professional, informative and always on time. We have been so impressed with their work throughout this entire process. They made it extremely convenient for us. We can’t thank them enough for making this difficult problem into an easy solution!

QFB was the first-responder company after major water damage at my primary residence. Mr. Randall Clark, Project Manager, was my first contact the Sunday morning of November 1, 2020, on the morning after my event. Renato Olivera and his crew were Outstanding Water Mitigation experts who ripped, cleaned, drilled, and then set up fans throughout my home for approximately a week. Monica Collazo and Lucy Sanchez and their crew were understanding and did wonderful work packing me out, and particularly documenting, photographing, and listing total-loss property for the insurance company. Bob, the supervisor, came on Monday after the weekend of the incident and within minutes deduced the cause of the event which even baffled the fire department. Kudos to this company. Outstanding and I am grateful for their care, concern, and professionalism. Thank you!

QFB responded very quickly to the emergency tree removal. The roof replacement has been a little slower.
