QFB Property Restoration just completed a large project in my house. We had a slab leak that damaged the kitchen area, and other areas around the kitchen. QFB responded quickly with the inspection and remidiation, constantly checking the levels and sending reports of damage and progress, they were extremely respectful and professionals specially the team under LeBrente Stevenson (remidiation) Kevin Wesner (estimator), several of their techs inlcuding Jim and Renato, they really respected the fact that their worksite is our home specially during these difficult pandemic times and having a small baby and older dog in home, they went beyond one could expect from a company to get us back in good shape with quality work and great timing. We had water damage to most of our house due to an A/C leak. All of our flooring had to be ripped up and replaced, there was mold so some drywall needed to be removed and the entire closet where the A/C was had to be rebuilt. The project required coordination of A/C people, plumbers, drywall and painting people and flooring contractors. This would have been an overwhelming task for my wife and I to handle on our own. QFB project managers Glen Chastain and Nick Anderson stepped in to lead the way for us by working with an insurance company adjuster that was extremely difficult to work with. I'm not sure we could have navigated this nightmare without them. Also the contractor they assigned to the drywall and painting (Des) was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. On October 31, 2020, I came home after dinner to find smoke alarms blaring and water crashing through the ceilings of my second-floor townhome. The standing water was already soaking two of my three bedrooms and running down the stairs like a river creating another layer of water on my tile floor at the ground level. The upstairs water was seeping through the subfloor into my ceiling of my living room dining room damaging much of my contacts downstairs. This company was immediately dispatched. I had an AC drainage line clog up and leak and it caused damage to the drywall and baseboards. QFB did a thorough job and adjusted it to my schedule, as I was moving and my home was for sale. They couldn’t have been more cooperative and helpful and did an excellent job on the repairs and painting.
