ATI Restoration/Orlando QFB

QFB Restoration did some repairs in my home and they were professional . They were able to complete the work on time , cleaned up well and restore the property .

Great service! Referred by home insurance company, they contacted us promptly and coordinates the repairs even through Christmas season. They adapted to our schedule without any problems. Were able to perform work/repair in the least invasive form, compred to what other contractors had indicated.

I would like to commend Mike Whitton of quality first builders for the outstanding and professional work that was done in my home. He was very good in keeping me updated on the process of fixing my home. He made it all very easy for me. The moving company which was run by Liz was also very professional and did an excellent job in packing and unpacking my belongings. They replaced the furniture back to the original positions and placed all the labeled boxes in the rooms for me. I can’t say enough about this company so happy with everything that was done quickly to get me back home.

The QFB team came in to do mold remediation following a hidden long term water leak under our kitchen cabinets. Testing done by a WFB sub confirmed the presence of mold. QFB constructed a plastic sheeting containment area within which they did their work. The remediation team was managed by Scott Lawrie who is very professional and easy to work with. The cleaning itself was led by Renato Oliveira. He was very kind and friendly, and he knew his craft well. Testing following the remediation confirmed no more mold. The containment area was removed and now we wait for QFB to begin the restoration part of this project. If you are unfortunate enough to require this type of work, I highly recommend QFB.

I loved QFB Restoration because we had Bob come out and give us an estimate on remoulding the bathroom. Bob explained to us what had to be done and did exactly what he promised that he would do for us. Bob turned us over to Mike and Mike explained to us how he was going to do the job. Mike did exactly what he said he would. Mike stayed in regular contact with his workers and showed up on the job frequently. The guys on the job site did a very good job. Quick and courteous service, less than 2 hours and they were at our house. 5 star service, very professional. I would definitely refer anyone to them.
