ATI Restoration/Orlando QFB

QFB was wonderful to work with. Our project manager, Todd, was extremely responsive to calls and texts and their team worked to repair our kitchen damage from a drain pipe leak in a very timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend.

My parents home had a leak and have damaged drywall, carpet and black mold. The restoration has not begin yet, but QFB responde was immediately. Our home insurance sent them. Made inspection of damages, etc. During 3 days of inspection, ADRIAN and especially, ELI MERCADO told us about all damages and he was very caring and pleasant with us all the time. He told us that they, will take care of everything, not to worry thst the house will be as new again. We can't wait for them to start, which will be very soon. QFB agreed with insurance claim info and proceeded to bring in excellent contractors to do repair work. All work done was performed in timely manner and workmen a pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommend QFB as a general contractor. I feel they saved me all the headaches I didn’t want to have if I tried doing repairs on my own

Both Eli Mercado and Jim Bowman were very professional and knowledgeable. They took their time and explained what equipment they set up and how it works. The took great care not to make a mess setting up the equipment and the breakdown and removal of the equipment. Eli Mercado went a step above and informed me of all the services QFB offers.
