QFB staff are helpful , courteous and give excellent customer service. I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom to the kitchen below. Instead of cutting the ceiling , removing bathroom tiles & cabinets, they were very conscious of what that would mean for me. They tried an alternate solution to dry everything out & it worked !!

Every person that came to work was respectful and very friendly. They worked hard, explained every step to me. I will have them back if I ever need this kind of work again .

Very professional, courteous and efficient

I hired QFB Property Restoration after the death of my son in his deceased father's home in Florida. I live in Massachusetts so I had to deal with them remotely which could have been a nightmare but it wasn't and the job ran smoothly. Scott responded immediately to every request I had with kindness and sympathy. They did an excellent job cleaning up this difficult situation and I would highly recommend them.

Glenn with QFB visited our home the day we called. He walked into a mess and met with distraught customers. We had Home Depot in our home a multitude of times and after dozens of calls and numerous visits and many weeks past, they told us they could not renovate our kitchen after so much effort and physical labor put forth by us per their recommendations. Our kitchen was in a complete disarray and during the heightened COVID restrictions. Glen also knew we were facing a personal crisis and set up virtual conferences, phone calls and online selections so we could do business from out of the state. It was nearing the holiday seasons and his team set up our kitchen so we could use it while family was visiting but before half the work was done.
