Had a house fire caused by a lightning strike that was mostly contained to the garage, however the lightning exited through plumbing in the master bathroom and HVAC dumped smoke/soot into the house. QFB was on it within hours of me reporting it to the insurance company. Meet with several folks that would handle the restoration (structural and material). Mike W, was our lead for structural and Monica was the lead for contents. Mike was on top of every aspect of the process. He called or texted when he had updates or who was scheduled to come out. He worked with us for ideas on the repair of the master bathroom (goodbye garden tub). Anticipated timelines were accurate. COVID caused some delays with material (window / door) and the only problem we had was with the city permitting and their lack of communication. For contents Monica was great in communication as well. We worked though...
