We had a very positive experience with QFB, considering the situation, as a very large tree crashed through the roof of our lofted storage shed. They responded immediately and started working with insurance to make sure the work would be covered. They worked diligently to ensure there would be no further damage from rain, etc... by tarpping the roof immediately. even working in the rain to do so. They coordinated the tree removal and followed up afterward.

QFB Set Eli Mercado to explain what they were going to do to resolve our mold and water problems. After spending 23 years in the Military I was expecting to hear how long and bam we fixed it. How wrong I was Eli set down with. My wife and I explaining in detail what would take place. Without a doubt what Eli said actually took place. Eli attention to detail and professional should be recognized as a definite asset to your organization.

This review is long overdue and I must apologize to quality first builders for that. A fire in 2020 destroyed a majority of our home so it was certainly a repair from the top down. We were out of our home for 8 months much of which was COVID delays but also the extent of the work needed. Of all the improvements that I am most thrilled with I would have to say the most positive aspect was dealing with Randy Clark, the Project Manager. Of course we were clearly traumatized by such an event and felt pressure to make decisions quickly but at no point did Randy make us feel that way. He was kind and patient. He listened to my all my concerns and responded to each and every one. He was responsive in that same way throughout the project. He was patient with my last minute changes and made our many requests happen, He answered his phone most times I called and if a message was left,...
