I was very pleased with the work QFB did to repair floor, ceiling, drywall and other damage caused by a broken pressurized water pipe. They were also very helpful working with the insurance company to secure additional amounts in excess of the initial estimate where necessary. The project manager, Todd Ray, was proactive, responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

QFB did an outstanding job repairing our fire damaged home. Todd was very attentive, compassionate and polite during the whole repair process.

Tyler Hansen your the best. Always on top of things, which I know is not always easy to do. Always answering any questions no matter how silly they seemed. My Kitchen was supose to be just cabinets ended up a complete remodeling due to unforseen problems. I highly recommend QFB property Restoration. Honesty is a big issue with me, and never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I have used another restoration company which I used in past and thought I could reuse them became very leary and fired them. So glad my Insurance picked QFB and now that I know about them have no problem in using them again if needed, and highly recommend if you seek quality work.

Took a while to get everything done (Some of which was because of our insurance) but it went smoothly and everyone was very nice and helpful.

Mitigation was completed over a week ago. Our insurance has been waiting for PICTURES for almost two weeks so our kitchen can be put back together. I will not be using QFB for repairs. This is ridiculous!!!
