I was partnered with QFB via my insurance provider after an unfortunate leak in my upstairs bathroom. I specifically worked with 2 gentlemen, Tim Dutton as an adjustor and Mike Whitten as my general contractor. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and did everything to set my expectations for the process and alleviate any concerns I may have had. It was always easy to get ahold of either gentlemen - Tim at the start when determining the scope of work and Mike day-to-day once the project got underway. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone in need of restoration and repair work for their home.

Due to a water leak, my kitchen ceiling had to be removed. Another company did the water restoration service but their contractors didn’t get back to me in a timely fashion. My insurance company contacted QFB and Mike came right out. Because of the holidays and COVID there we’re a couple of hiccups along the way. But my end results are FANTASTIC! My ceiling looks so much better than before the leak happened.
An added benefit were the guys that came out to do the work. They were so nice and had a great sense of humor. Just what one needs when disaster, even small ones, strike.

They have very reliable project manager who listen to clients problems with workers at times. Although it took almost 6 months to finish I feel that was not the QFBs fault. They have some hard working people and I appreciate their trying in this trying time..

Following water damage to our kitchen and bathroom, our insurance company recommended QFB property restoration. Mike, our project manager, came over promptly to do a walk through and plan out our project. Mike too extra time to review the plan with my 89 year old father who built the house. This meant a lot to him. Mike sent competent specialists to complete every step of the renovation. He was available whenever I called or texted him with a question. Upon completion of the project we did another walk through inspection. Mike immediately sent over a worker to complete paint touch ups, install missing cabinet hardware, etc, I would recommend Mike and QFB to anyone looking for a contractor. We will definitely use QFB again for future projects. Thanks Mike for making my house beautiful!

From the very first communication I had with Glen Chastain from QF Builders in April 2021 before the restoration project on my home, through September 2021 to when the restoration was completed, the whole process flowed very smoothly, primarily because Glen was just a phone call or email away and even if I had to leave a message, he was always very prompt in returning my calls or responding to an email. Proper and timely communication is always pivotal, no matter what the reason for the communication is, and Glen did a stellar job of keeping in touch with me. During the whole project I was at my home in Pennsylvania, so it meant even more to me that Glen kept me so well in the loop. He also took care of the communication with the insurance company, and I was pleased that he let me have input with the decisions regarding the new flooring and the new shower that needed to be replaced....
