I worked with Megan and she is absolutely amazing! She not only guided me to the best facilities for my father, she handled everything with the hospital and facility. She was so sweet and patient and reassured me that we would find a place quickly, and we did. She made an extremely stressful situation much easier for me. First of all, their advertisement on line was so appealing! Smiling women dressed professionally, wanting to help me with one of the most daunting experiences I had faced in several years: how to find an assisted living facility for my 45 yr. old nephew who was in poor health but trying to overcoming various health set backs including leg amputation and pending kidney dialysis! I left a message praying God would help me and they would return my call. I thought even if they did return the call it would probably be days later! Well, not only did my call get returned almost immediately but the sweetest voice started talking to me reflecting every comment I had left on voice mail!
