The security courses both Armed and unarmed are great. For the armed, the range training, top notch. The staff, very knowledgeable, and Bill's humor makes the train fun.

The firearms training was relevant, professional and the the instructors were personable. Bill is exceptionally helpful at navigating through the river of paperwork submitted to DPS.

I recently just completed the online unarmed and armed portion on 6/4/2025 and I was very pleased it was a very informative class I then went on to complete the armed in person portion I completed it on 07/08/2025 I was also very impressed with the amount of knowledge and information that was given by the staff, Aaron.and Bill.and as for the cost of both thee armed and unarmed course I felt the cost was very low and affordable I highly recommend Arrow security and I will be taking all the classes that they have to offer

Got my armed guard card license here. The course and class was great. Qualifying on Range day was very enjoyable. Everything was very easy to make happen.

THE INSTRUCTOR should be promoted to the highest tier their is in Arrow Security Inc. No amount of stars can be enough to award those who teach us all we need to learn in order to be the best Security in this industry. Though I do not remember my mentors name, I will always remember his long hair Ponytail and Glasses with a Stallion like Presence. I thank you and will see you again in 2 years.

If you’ve gotta take a state mandated 8 hour class, this is the place to do it. Instruction is clear and engaging, I walked away better for having taken it.

If you're in need of a valid guard card class with a complete list of Security Guard Training, this is the place to go. Aaron Despain was my instructor and I have say, he is by far the most thorough instructor I have ever had in my thirty, plus years working as a Security Guard. I walked away with a gift of knowledge that I can use in my job and in life in general. Arrow Security will be my go to for all of my classroom needs.

Had a rough start to the day, ended up taking an uber to the location from Tempe , got there just about 10 min late, thankfully I wasn’t turned away. Super grateful, the class was great. The staff are friendly I would recommend anyone and everyone looking to take renewals to tap in and stop by. 👍🏽
